We are seeking a motivated and tenacious junior professional to join our visionary, fast-moving Supplier Engagement Team as a (Junior) Supplier Engagement Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supplier engagement and training, while working with an international supplier base. You'll also contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal processes and the development of resources that strengthen supplier relationships. Overall, this position provides the potential to become an integral member of our Supplier Engagement Team.

Your tasks

  • Engage directly with suppliers from around the world, supporting them via Intercom, email, and on-demand video calls
  • Host online trainings and webinars, sometimes with large supplier groups (100+ people), and handle live Q&A
  • Create and maintain clear, useful supplier-facing resources: guides, manuals, and training materials
  • Take ownership of your workstreams and improve processes independently after initial onboarding
  • Use Excel to support data analysis, reporting, and process integration
  • Collect and evaluate supplier feedback to identify improvement opportunities and raise the overall experience
  • Support the team in streamlining internal workflows for better supplier engagement

Your profile

Must-haves

  • Knowledge of sustainability, carbon accounting, or compliance frameworks (EUDR, CBAM, GHG Protocol)
  • Experience in a client-facing or service environment (consulting internship, customer success, etc.)
  • Familiarity with supply chain or procurement topics
