Senior UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences that enhance user satisfaction and drive engagement. Your expertise in user interface (UI) design and user experience (UX) principles will play a pivotal role in shaping the design of websites, applications, and other digital products, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviours.
• Translate user insights into intuitive and effective UI/UX design concepts.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing.
• Develop visually appealing and consistent design elements, including color schemes, typography, and graphical assets.
• Design user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and create a positive visual impact.
• Structure and organize information in a user-friendly manner, ensuring easy navigation and accessibility.
• Design responsive layouts that provide optimal user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
• Create seamless and engaging interactions, animations, and transitions to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and refine design solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a digital agency or tech company.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, including web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
• Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools for creating interactive designs.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas and concepts.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
