Time: 10:00 AM to 15:00 PM

Location: Sky Crest Building Contracting LLC, Office Number 2005, 20th floor, The Grosvenor Business Tower, Business Bay, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Design, review, and supervise installation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and pumping systems.
Quantity /BOQ preparation for MEP
Prepare MEP Shop Drawings, layouts, and specifications in compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and other MEP disciplines to ensure integrated designs.
Monitor mechanical system installation on-site and ensure adherence to design, standards, and quality.
Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
Prepare technical reports, material submittals, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with UAE codes, safety regulations, and DEWA/Dubai Municipality standards.
Provide technical support to the project team and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience as an MEP Mechanical Engineer, 2 years’ experience in UAE (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and building services systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other design software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with UAE codes, DEWA, and Dubai Municipality regulations.
