Job description

About Parloa

Parloa’s mission is to make every customer conversation feel effortless for both customers and the companies serving them. As agentic AI accelerates, Parloans are shaping the foundation of a new era in customer experience - one where customer support is no longer transactions, but meaningful exchanges. It is not just a vision; Parloa has powered over ONE BILLION interactions between global enterprise brands and their customers, with companies like Booking.com, HealthEquity, Allianz, SAP, BarmeniaGothaer, and TUI already deploying Parloa at scale.

About the role:

As a Senior Agent Architect - Partner Success at Parloa, you will play a key role in scaling how we deliver AI Agents through our partner ecosystem. This is a highly consultative, partner-facing role at the intersection of Solution Engineering, Architecture, and Consulting. You will work closely with partners and their clients to design, shape, and guide AI Agent implementations, ensuring successful outcomes while enabling partners to independently execute over time. Rather than focusing purely on hands-on building, your mission is to co-create solutions, educate partners, and drive strong architectural decisions across AI Agent deployments.

You will bring deep expertise in LLMs, Prompt Engineering, conversational design, and integrations, combined with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business impact, challenge assumptions, and guide partners toward scalable, high-quality solutions.

Areas of ownership:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners and clients, guiding them through the design and implementation of AI Agent solutions
  • Co-design AI Agent architectures with partners, ensuring scalable, high-quality implementations aligned with best practices
  • Educate and enable partners on what’s possible with Parloa’s platform, including capabilities, limitations, and trade-offs
  • Challenge and refine use cases, pushing back on low-impact or non-viable approaches and helping prioritize effectively
  • Bridge business and technical stakeholders, translating requirements into structured conversational and system designs
  • Support early-phase implementations hands-on when needed, while transitioning ownership to partners over time
  • Guide integration design, helping partners connect Parloa’s platform to enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, contact center platforms) via APIs and integration layers
  • Design and validate conversational experiences, ensuring high-quality AI behavior, performance, and user experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Agent Integration Engineering, Sales, Delivery) to remove blockers and shape solutions
  • Define and document best practices, contributing to scalable partner enablement and repeatable delivery models

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Architect, Consultant, or similar) in enterprise environments
  • Strong foundation in AI Agent development, including conversational design, prompt engineering, and LLM-based systems
  • Ability to design and, if needed, implement AI solutions, with a clear preference for guiding and enabling others
  • Proven ability to lead technical discussions with clients, including:
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and enterprise system architectures
  • Solid understanding of:
    • REST APIs, JSON/XML
    • API authentication (OAuth, JWT, API keys)
    • Data mapping and system integration patterns
  • Familiarity with advanced prompting techniques (e.g., few-shot, chain-of-thought)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex use cases into scalable solutions
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguous, partner-driven environments
  • Excellent written and spoken German is required
