Land Surveyor

Key ResponsibilitiesSurveying & Site Analysis

• Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, contours, and existing site conditions.
• Perform boundary, construction staking, and setting-out surveys using surveying equipment.
• Assess site conditions and identify potential design or construction challenges.
• Verify survey measurements and ensure accuracy of collected data.

Technical Documentation

• Prepare and interpret survey maps, drawings, sketches, and technical reports.
• Produce survey records, calculations, and documentation for project and authority requirements.
• Support the preparation of as-built surveys and final project documentation.

Site Coordination

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Landscape Architects, and site teams throughout project execution.
• Provide technical surveying support during construction and site development.
• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving surveying and setting-out issues.

Compliance & Equipment Management

• Ensure all surveying activities comply with project specifications, UAE regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain, calibrate, and operate surveying equipment to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities when survey approvals or permits are required.

Project Support

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and site coordination activities.
• Support multiple landscaping projects while ensuring timely and accurate survey deliverables.
• Stay updated on the latest surveying technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Proven UAE experience in landscaping surveying is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques, setting-out, levels, and topographical surveys.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Skills & Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc.).
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
