Project Manager- Swimming pools, Water Feature and Landscape

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of landscaping, swimming pool, water feature, irrigation, and associated civil works projects across the UAE. The successful candidate will manage the complete project lifecycle—from planning and mobilization through execution, commissioning, and handover—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Delivery

• Lead the execution of landscaping, swimming pool, water feature, irrigation, and civil works projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Manage project planning, procurement, execution, commissioning, and final handover.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational, and commercial issues to maintain project progress.
• Oversee multiple projects while ensuring client satisfaction and company objectives are achieved.

Planning & Coordination

• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and work programs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Monitor project milestones, conduct progress meetings, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Ensure effective coordination between engineering, procurement, commercial, and site teams.

Site & Technical Management

• Lead Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, and subcontractors across multiple sites.
• Supervise daily site activities and optimize manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance.
• Review drawings, BOQs, material submittals, method statements, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate civil, MEP, irrigation, landscaping, swimming pool, and water feature works to ensure seamless execution.
• Resolve technical issues and manage design changes and approvals.

Commercial, Quality & Safety

• Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, and profitability.
• Support procurement, value engineering, subcontractor management, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, HSE policies, UAE regulations, and project specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions where required.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare project progress reports, risk assessments, and project forecasts.
• Maintain project documentation, technical records, approvals, and correspondence.
• Support testing, commissioning, as-built documentation, and final project handover.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of UAE experience managing landscaping, swimming pool, water feature, irrigation, or civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, MEP coordination, landscape systems, and project execution.
• Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Experience in client-facing project delivery is essential.
