Are you the hospitality professional we’re looking to welcome guests one of our leading international clients? Then this is your opportunity to make a difference as an guest service ambassador for both JLL and our client! As a Receptionist, you turn every welcome into a memorable first impression that sets the tone for excellence. Joining our passionate Hospitality team, you'll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding guest experience that sets our standard for excellence.

What will you do? You’re role combine exceptional hospitality with operational coordination. The essential link ensuring every workday flows smoothly and feels genuinely welcoming.

The Welcoming Hub: You greet and assist candidates, new employees, suppliers, and visitors with a warm smile and direct them where they need to go.

The Central Connector: You are the central point for all communication. You manage phone calls and emails, answer questions, and ensure all information flows seamlessly.

The Reliable Coordinator: You manage visitor passes, parking permits, and office supplies. Additionally, you coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and ensure the reception area, mailroom, and printer rooms always look impeccable.

The Eyes and Ears on the Floor: You proactively identify and report issues, and ensure a safe working environment through your knowledge of emergency response and safety procedures.

Who are you?

  • You're a proactive, service-minded professional who combines hospitality expertise with a can-do attitude.
  • You have hands-on experience in hospitality—as a Hotel Receptionist, Concierge, or similar guest-focused role.
  • You’re fluent in English and Dutch.
  • You are confident, culturally aware, and proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • MBO-level education in Hotel or Facility Management is a strong advantage.
