Online Digital Content Specialist

Role

In this role, you are / will be our specialist in online and digital content marketing. Your knowledge will help determine how we communicate with consumers and retailers through online marketing. Our marketing is designed and based on the customer journey: search find buy enjoy. You will report to the Online Digital manager.

Areas of Expertise

• CMS content updates (mainly Drupal; WordPress and HubSpot are a plus)
• Amazon and marketplace content updates
• E-commerce and retail platform content maintenance
• PIM system updates and product data maintenance
• App content updates
• Product selector tool maintenance
• Online product launch content publishing

Main Responsibilities

• Online Brand Presence
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital content across One For All online platforms
  • Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and regularly updatedWebsite & Content Management
  • Execute content updates within CMS platforms
  • Support content changes across websites, e-tailers, and digital tools
  • Maintain product information, images, and digital assets within PIM systemsProduct Launch Support
  • Support execution of digital content for product launches
  • Ensure correct publication of product content across all platforms
  • Support updates on Amazon and other marketplacesDigital Tools Support
  • Support updates of product selector tools and other digital tools
  • Assist in keeping digital content consistent and correct across channels

Required education and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
• Experience with CMS platforms (Drupal preferred; WordPress/HubSpot a plus)
• Interest in e-commerce and digital content management
• Experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central is an advantage

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Team-oriented and collaborative working style
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills in English
