Job Duties
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented New Business Account Manager to accelerate growth through new client acquisition, strategic prospecting, and consultative solution selling.
This is a hunter-focused Business Development role, responsible for building a strong pipeline, managing the full sales cycle, and closing new business opportunities. You will act as the bridge between customers and internal teams to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
This position plays a key role in expanding market presence and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through:
o Cold calling and email outreach
o LinkedIn prospecting and social selling
o Networking, referrals, and market intelligence
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle:
o Lead generation
o Client meetings and needs analysis
o Proposal development
o Negotiation and deal closure
- Act as the main point of contact for prospects and newly onboarded clients
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Understand client business challenges and translate them into value-based solutions
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure feasible, competitive, and scalable solutions
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline, activities, and forecasts in CRM systems

Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in prospecting and new business acquisition
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator / CRM tools / digital outreach methods
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong commercial acumen and consultative, solution-selling approach
- Ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels
- Results-driven, resilient, and highly self-motivated
- Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-centric with strong problem-solving capabilities
