Job Duties

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented New Business Account Manager to accelerate growth through new client acquisition, strategic prospecting, and consultative solution selling.

This is a hunter-focused Business Development role, responsible for building a strong pipeline, managing the full sales cycle, and closing new business opportunities. You will act as the bridge between customers and internal teams to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.

This position plays a key role in expanding market presence and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through:

o Cold calling and email outreach

o LinkedIn prospecting and social selling

o Networking, referrals, and market intelligence

  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle:

o Lead generation

o Client meetings and needs analysis

o Proposal development

o Negotiation and deal closure

  • Act as the main point of contact for prospects and newly onboarded clients
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Understand client business challenges and translate them into value-based solutions
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure feasible, competitive, and scalable solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of pipeline, activities, and forecasts in CRM systems

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in prospecting and new business acquisition
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator / CRM tools / digital outreach methods
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and consultative, solution-selling approach
  • Ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels
  • Results-driven, resilient, and highly self-motivated
  • Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-centric with strong problem-solving capabilities
