To support our growth in the ServiceNow Business Group in the Netherlands , we are looking for ServiceNow Consultant s. As a ServiceNow Consultant you will be part of an innovative team, working to define and deploy world class customer solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

ServiceNow Business Consultant provides process and functional expertise as a consulting service to clients; contributing to the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions including customer engagement, user requirement definition, change management, demonstrations, business focused testing and training. You will develop and demonstrate specialized knowledge and skills in ServiceNow as an enterprise solution .

Job Specifics/Responsibilities

  • You will be a part of a team of ServiceNow specialists delivering ServiceNow solutions to multiple customers.
  • Leading workshops to demonstrate the platform and application function, define client current and desired state, and finally the proposed solution.
  • Building client understanding of ServiceNow functionality and presenting to a high standard of quality, including customers demonstration, story definition, testing, and supporting the wider sales and delivery functions
  • Mentoring and training more junior members of the team
  • Producing documentation and training material for the implemented solutions; training the client
  • Effective problem solver with ability to examine and re-engineer processes, procedures and practices

  • ServiceNow Architects
  • ( Technical ) Consultants

External

  • Main stakeholders such as CTOs, customer architects, Product Owners
  • Customer developers and IT technical staff
  • ServiceNow support team and Technical Experts

What You Bring With You

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

  • Bachelor/master degree in business, computer science or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience within the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SecOps, HRSD and/or other areas in ServiceNow)
  • E xperience in consulting external customers
  • Knowledge of ITSM and agile ways of working frameworks like DevOps, IT4IT, ITIL
