Role Overview

The Operations Executive is a vital execution engine for LPM Singapore’s day-to-day backend efficiency. This role bridges physical inventory management with corporate office support, ensuring that order fulfilment is flawless and the workplace environment is highly organized. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will split their focus between high-accuracy warehouse order picking and essential administrative tasks that keep the Singapore hub running seamlessly.

Core Responsibilities

1. Warehouse & Inventory Management (Order Fulfillment)

  • Order Picking & Packing: Act as the primary picker for all incoming physical store inventory replenishment orders and digital online customer orders, ensuring 100% accuracy in stock selection.
  • Fulfillment & Dispatch: Pack items securely to premium brand standards, prepare shipping labels, and coordinate daily handovers with local courier and logistics partners.
  • Inventory Integrity: Assist the Operations Manager with regular stock takes, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations to maintain accurate inventory control.
  • Inbound Shipments: Receive, verify, and unpack incoming stock shipments from global hubs or suppliers, organizing the warehouse for maximum efficiency and cleanliness.

2. Office Administration & Facilities Maintenance

  • Administrative Support: Assist the Operations Manager with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, invoice processing coordination, and maintaining general operational documentation.
  • Office Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of the Singapore office, ensuring office supplies, pantry items, and printing materials are adequately stocked.
  • Vendor Coordination: Serve as the on-site point of contact for office vendors, building management, cleaning services, and IT support technicians to ensure facility-related issues are resolved promptly.

3. General Operations Support

  • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with the Retail and Customer Service teams to facilitate timely stock transfers during peak sales periods and special promotional events.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment across both warehouse and office areas in accordance with Singapore Workplace Safety and Health guidelines.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Support miscellaneous operational and logistical projects assigned by the Operations Manager or Regional COO to facilitate business growth.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or office administration. Experience in a premium retail environment is an advantage.
  • Physical Capability: Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment involving regular movement, lifting boxes, and maintaining organized storage areas.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with the ability to quickly learn inventory management software and ERP systems.
  • Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently while meeting structured deadlines.
