Job Summary

Drive business growth by generating leads, developing client relationships, and executing sales strategies to promote SBM’s corporate services and solutions. Collaborate with senior management to enhance competitive positioning and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Source and develop client referrals to expand business opportunities
  • Develop tailored sales presentations and proposals to engage prospects
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product developments to inform sales strategies
  • Prepare and implement sales action plans and conduct direct marketing activities
  • Conduct sales calls to new and existing clients to promote services and secure business
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records and reports for performance tracking
  • Follow up on sales activities to ensure compliance with contract specifications
  • Perform quality checks on service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships
  • Monitor and report sales activities and follow up with management for continuous improvement
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships through effective sales presentations
  • Create prospect lists and secure Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to drive new business
  • Oversee and maintain existing client accounts with proactive sales support
  • Comply with monthly reporting requirements via Sales-Force for leads and opportunities
  • Protect organizational value by maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Administer ad-hoc business development projects as assigned
  • Identify and develop a pipeline of potential corporate clients for inbound and outbound business solutions
  • Understand client needs and promote appropriate corporate services and solutions
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business development strategies
  • Stay informed on market trends and industry landscape; develop industry networks and attend relevant events
  • Provide feedback to senior management to enhance the firm’s competitive edge
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through effective sales execution
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
