Job description
Job Category: Allied Health Professional Posting Date: 23 Jan 2025 You will coordinate and manage the care of patients with chronic kidney disease. This includes providing dialysis education and basic transplant education as well as ensuring the smooth transition of patients from the low clearance clinic to dialysis. You will be involved in data collection and submission of reports to the Ministry of Health in support of national programmes such as Holistic Approach in Lowering and Tracking Chronic Kidney Disease (HALT-CKD). In addition, you will participate in quality improvement projects and service quality audits.
Requirements
- Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field with preferably 2 years of relevant working experience
- Prior experience in peritoneal dialysis will be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to speak local languages to interact with patients
- An excellent team player who is meticulous
