Job description

Position Title : Finance / Investment Analyst
Location : Singapore
Employment Type : Full-Time

Job Summary :

The Finance / Investment Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's financial planning, investment evaluation, and strategic decision-making. The role involves conducting financial analysis, developing financial models, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing insights to improve business performance and support sustainable growth.The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance, investment, economics, or accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in corporate finance, investment analysis, fintech, consulting, or strategic finance is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

· Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance evaluations.

· Prepare financial models, investment analyses, and valuation reports to support strategic business decisions.

· Analyze financial statements, cash flow, profitability, and key financial indicators.

· Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify business and investment opportunities.

· Support corporate finance activities, including financial planning, capital allocation, and business expansion initiatives.

· Prepare management reports, business cases, and presentations for senior leadership.

· Monitor financial risks and recommend strategies to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects and business initiatives.

· Assist in due diligence, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, or investment projects when applicable.

· Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements :

· Master's degree in Finance, Investment, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

· Bachelor's degree with relevant professional experience will also be considered.

· 2–5 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), investment analysis, strategic finance, consulting, investmet banking, private equity, venture capital, or fintech.

· Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, financial statement analysis, and corporate finance.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

· Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

· Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, FMVA, or equivalent are an advantage.

· Experience working in multinational corporations or international business environments.

· Strong business acumen with the ability to provide strategic financial insights.

· Experience supporting senior management in financial and investment decision-making.
