Job Description:

The primary task of this position is tohandle the accounting, administration and operation of funds (mainly VCCs) focused on investments in private equity and other alternative investments to ensure compliancy,timely delivery and high quality of service to clients. Candidates mustdemonstrate initiative and ability to work independently with excellent problem-solvingskills. Experience with licensed fund management company or fund administrationcompany is highly useful.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in investor onboarding and periodic AML/KYC review in compliancewith MAS guidelines.
  • Handle general fund administration such as fund subscriptions andredemptions.
  • Oversee fund operations, including corporate action, documentation,transaction execution, and regulatory compliance.
  • Review and deliver accurate NAV calculation, financial statements, investorreports, forecasts.
  • Support various funds/VCC structure setup.
  • Monitors cash flows, expenses and fee calculations (performance feesetc).
  • Maintain up-to-date fund records
  • Manage coordination with investors, fund managers, auditors, legaladvisors, custodians, and other external stakeholders.
  • Manage the accounting of SPV.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements (e.g.,ACRA, IRAS, MAS).
  • Manage investor communications and handle inquiries with professionalismand responsiveness.
  • Assist in FATCA/CRS reporting.
  • Support audit and tax process.

Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline
  • Qualified Accountant (e.g. ISCA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA) or recently completed youqualification examinations will be a PLUS
  • At least 2 years of experience in fund administration or with licensedfund management company
  • Strong technical knowledge of fund administration, fund operation and accountingregulatory requirements
  • Familiarity with fund accounting systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder managementabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • High integrity and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
