Position

Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Work From Home (Remote)
Salary: SGD $3,500 – $4,000 + Performance Bonus

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube).
• Manage and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Plan, execute, and optimise TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and continuously optimise campaigns to maximise ROI, conversions, and overall marketing performance.
• Analyse campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and present campaign results, insights, and strategies to clients.
• Attend client meetings (online or in-person when required) to review campaign performance, discuss marketing strategies, and build strong client relationships.
• Provide professional digital marketing consultation and recommendations based on campaign performance and business objectives.
• Work closely with our strategy, creative, content, and web development teams to execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Ensure conversion tracking and analytics are properly implemented using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and advertising platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI developments, advertising platform updates, and emerging technologies.
• Take ownership of your assigned client portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time and performance targets are achieved.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads.
• Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Experience managing TikTok Ads.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and paid advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimise performance.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with SEO.
• Knowledge of Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
• Knowledge of Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
• Google Ads and Meta certifications.
