Manager, Computer and Systems Information

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Manager, Computer and Systems Information to oversee the company's IT infrastructure, business systems, and technology operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, maintaining cybersecurity, supporting users, and implementing technology solutions that improve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's computer systems, servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects, including system upgrades, software implementation, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and data security.
• Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection regulations, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Prepare IT budgets, monitor IT expenditures, and manage software and hardware procurement.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Train employees on IT systems, cybersecurity awareness, and new technologies.
• Lead and supervise the IT team to ensure timely and effective support.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, virtualization, and cloud services.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, firewall management, antivirus solutions, and data protection.
• Experience in managing IT projects and vendor relationships.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
