ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the International Development Leader, this role is responsible for driving member engagement, business growth and stakeholder relationships across one of CA ANZ's international regions.

Working closely with regional Councils, employers, education providers, professional bodies and volunteers, you will play a critical role in growing the CA ANZ brand, supporting member retention and delivering initiatives that enhance member experience and engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and execute regional member engagement strategies that support growth, retention and CA ANZ's international objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with members, professional bodies and regulators to strengthen the CA ANZ brand and create growth opportunities.
• Deliver professional development, networking and member events that provide meaningful value to members and stakeholders.
• Manage regional operations, business plans and budgets ensuring alignment with organisational strategy.
• Partner with Regional Councils, committees and volunteer groups to deliver initiatives that support member engagement and business outcomes.
• Support strategic partnerships and alliances, including collaboration with ACCA and other international professional bodies.

ABOUT YOU

You're a commercially minded relationship leader with a passion for stakeholder engagement, business development and delivering exceptional member experiences.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end events, from concept development and planning through to successful execution and post-event evaluation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and build credibility at a senior level.
• Experience working with committees, councils, boards or governance groups.
• Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
• CA qualification or similar will be highly regarded, as will experience within the accounting profession.
