Merchant Relations Officer (FinTech / Payments)

Location: Clark Quay (Hybrid)

Salary: $3,500 - $3,900/month

Employment: 6-Month Contract (High Conversion to Permanent)

Responsibilities

• Manage merchant onboarding, including KYC verification, account setup, and system integration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants by providing ongoing operational support.
• Process and monitor cross-border payment and remittance transactions.
• Investigate and resolve payment, settlement, and transaction issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare operational reports, reconciliations, and maintain SOP documentation.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Accountancy, or related disciplines.
• Up to 1 year of experience in FinTech, banking, payments, remittance, or financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with payment operations, KYC, FX, or remittance will be an added advantage.
