About the Roles

An Engineering Services company is seeking an Electrical Engineer to be based in Kallang, working on a permanent basis with a structured 5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 8.45am–5.45pm). This role offers a competitive salary package of $4,000–$6,800, along with AWS and performance-based bonuses (VB). You will take the lead in electrical engineering design and project execution for building and industrial developments, ensuring high-quality delivery across all technical and site phases.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the development and coordination of electrical design works, including shop drawings and technical documentation
• Oversee site implementation activities such as cabling, installation, testing, and system commissioning for electrical works
• Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and applicable standards
• Coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical and site-related issues
• Review and approve material submissions, method statements, and equipment specifications for project execution
• Monitor project progress, workmanship quality, and site safety for all electrical-related activities
• Provide technical direction and guidance to junior engineers and site personnel
• Prepare project documentation, including reports, as-built records, and handover submissions

What We’re Looking For

• A Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• 6 to 8 years of experience in electrical engineering within large-scale building or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical system design, installation, and commissioning
• Familiarity with BMS integration and coordination with other M&E systems
• Good understanding of Singapore codes, standards, and authority submission requirements
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, electrical design software, and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication abilities
• Ability to work on-site at Tuas and manage multiple project priorities effectively
