Are you a sales hunter who enjoys opening doors, speaking to business owners, and closing new deals?
Talent Connection is looking for a driven Business Development / Sales Executive to help us grow our client base in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in outbound sales, enjoys speaking to SME owners and decision-makers, and is motivated by performance-based rewards.
We are not looking for someone who only waits for leads to come in. We are looking for someone who can actively prospect, start conversations, identify manpower pain points, and present offshore staffing solutions as a practical way for companies to reduce cost and increase capacity.

Talent Connection helps Singapore companies build reliable and cost-effective remote teams by connecting them with suitable offshore talent.
Many SMEs need more manpower but may not be ready to hire locally due to rising salary costs, limited headcount, or operational constraints. We help these companies access remote support for roles such as administration, sales support, customer service, marketing support, virtual assistance, operations support, and other business functions.
Our role is to help clients find the right offshore talent while supporting the process from client requirement to talent matching and onboarding.
Role Overview
As a Business Development / Sales Executive, your main responsibility is to bring in new clients.
You will source leads, reach out to potential clients, speak to SME business owners and managers, present Talent Connection’s remote staffing solutions, follow up consistently, and close deals.
This is a client-facing sales role suitable for someone who is comfortable with cold outreach, business conversations, objection handling, and solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate New Business Opportunities
You will actively source for potential clients through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, WhatsApp, referrals, networking, and other sales channels.
You will identify companies that may need remote staff, virtual assistants, admin support, sales support, marketing support, customer service support, operations support, or other manpower solutions.
You will also research companies and decision-makers before outreach, build a pipeline of prospects, and follow up consistently to move leads through the sales process.
2. Engage SME Owners and Decision-Makers
You will reach out to business owners, HR managers, operations managers, and other decision-makers to understand their manpower needs, pain points, budget, and hiring requirements.
You should be able to ask good questions, understand the client’s business situation, and explain how Talent Connection can help them reduce manpower costs and improve operational capacity.
3. Present Remote Staffing Solutions
You will present Talent Connection’s services, pricing, process, and value proposition to potential clients.
You will recommend suitable staffing solutions based on the client’s needs and help them see how offshore talent can support their business growth.
You will also prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow-up messages where required.
4. Handle Objections and Close Deals
You should be comfortable handling common client concerns such as cost, quality, supervision, remote work arrangements, replacement, commitment, and trust.
Your goal is to move qualified prospects towards confirmed client requirements and successful placements.
5. Coordinate Sales Handover
Once a client is confirmed, you will coordinate with the recruitment and operations team to begin the talent-matching process.
You will ensure that client requirements are clearly communicated so that the fulfilment team can match the right remote talent.
