This can include defining and evolving our workplace strategy, managing office layouts, seating arrangements, meeting rooms and the associated services required to ensure the successful day-to-day operation of our facilities � including the physical assets such as furniture, equipment, and infrastructure.About the role

As our Advisor, Facilites/Admin/Transportation, you'll hold a pivotal role within Reckitt, where the seamless functioning of our physical space translates directly to our success. We're looking for a strategic and proactive leader to help us maintain a setting that's not only compliant with health and safety but also thrives in efficiency and innovation. Your responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Help with meeting room management and oversee servicing of rooms
  • Liaise and manage catering requirements
  • Answer questions and address complaints. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
  • Prepare outgoing mail and parcels etc., organizing the dispatch by courier/post
  • Check, sort and forward emails Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Monitor office expenses and costs
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
  • PO Management
  • Liaise with Vendors The experience we're looking for

  • Excellent Customer service orientation and ethos
  • Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant customer service position
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
  • Knowledge of office management
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word & Outlook)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills The skills for success
