Job description

Job Details:

  • Office Location: AMK
  • Basic Salary $3,000 - $4,500 + Commission + Phone allowance + Transport Claim + Performance Bonus
  • Contract to perm

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings to drive business opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
  • Provide product training, education, and ongoing customer support.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account engagement.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide market insights to support business strategies.

Sales Reporting & Operations

  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
  • Prepare sales reports and business updates for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Other Responsibilities

  • Participate in product training and professional development activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the medical aesthetics, medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, injectables, skincare products, or medical devices will be advantageous.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits, training sessions, and industry events as required.
