Job Summary

Woodbine Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and strategic Management Consultant to advise clients on improving business performance, operational efficiency, organisational effectiveness, and long-term growth. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and key stakeholders to identify business challenges, develop practical solutions, and oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic management consulting services to clients across a range of industries.
  • Analyse clients' business operations, organisational structures, financial performance, and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement business strategies that enhance productivity, profitability, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead business transformation initiatives, including process optimisation, organisational restructuring, and change management programmes.
  • Advise clients on corporate governance, risk management, business continuity planning, and operational best practices.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, business proposals, feasibility studies, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage client engagements from project planning through execution and completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored consulting solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and project team members to ensure successful project execution.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging business practices to provide value-added advisory services.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Management, Finance, Economics, Business Strategy, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business advisory, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience advising senior executives and business leaders on strategic and operational matters.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare professional reports and deliver executive presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and mentoring junior professionals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
