As a Senior Solution Domain Architect, you are responsible for defining, governing and evolving solution architecture within complex enterprise environments. You translate business capabilities into scalable application, integration and technology architectures while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and long-term business objectives.

Working closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, software engineers and business stakeholders, you guide solution design, develop architectural roadmaps and support organizations in modernizing their technology landscape. You thrive in environments where collaboration, influence and architectural leadership are essential to success.

Your role in our team

As a Senior Solution Domain Architect you will:

• Define and maintain solution architecture for complex business domains.

Internal

• Translate business capabilities into application, integration and technology architectures.
• Design target architectures and transition roadmaps to support long-term business strategy.
• Drive architectural governance and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
• Guide solution design across multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Develop and maintain application landscape models, integration architectures and API strategies.
• Support legacy modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Coach architects, business analysts and engineering teams in architectural best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to balance strategic objectives, technical constraints and implementation priorities.
• Contribute to CGI's Architecture Community by sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement.

You bring:

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect, Domain Architect or Enterprise Architect.
• Strong knowledge of ArchiMate and enterprise architecture practices.
• Experience with capability-based architecture and business capability modelling.
• Experience designing enterprise application landscapes.
• Strong knowledge of API, application and integration architecture.
• Experience developing architectural roadmaps and transition architectures.
• Experience with architecture governance within large enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting legacy modernization and cloud transformation.

Internal

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring architects, analysts and technical teams.

Experience within the aviation industry is considered a strong advantage.
