Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing digital marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s online presence, increase customer engagement, and support sales growth. The role includes managing social media platforms, online campaigns, branding initiatives, customer engagement activities, and digital promotional strategies for both retail and online business operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms
- Manage the company’s online branding, digital presence, and promotional activities
- Create, coordinate, and schedule digital content including photos, videos, and promotional materials
- Monitor social media engagement, customer enquiries, reviews, and online feedback
- Develop customer engagement strategies to improve customer retention and brand awareness
- Coordinate online advertising campaigns and monitor campaign performance
- Manage online sales and promotional activities across delivery and e-commerce platforms
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities and industry trends
- Monitor website traffic, customer engagement data, and campaign analytics
- Prepare marketing performance reports and recommend improvement strategies
- Coordinate festive campaigns, product launches, and promotional events
- Work closely with operations and sales teams to align marketing activities with business goals
- Support customer outreach initiatives and partnership collaborations
- Improve online visibility and customer acquisition through digital marketing strategies
- Recommend new marketing ideas and business development opportunities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, SEO, SEM)
- Hands-on experience with content creation, including photos, videos, and promotional materials
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, campaign performance metrics)
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Experience managing online advertising campaigns and e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of market research techniques and industry trend analysis
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with customer engagement strategies and CRM tools
- Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
