Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, and document digitalization, contributing to process efficiency and an enhanced candidate experience.

Opportunity Overview:

Recruitment Coordination

Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain accurate candidate records in SAP SuccessFactors ATS.

Support job postings across internal and external platforms.

HR Operations

Assist with onboarding, employee record management, and HR reporting.

Prepare HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Digitalization of Documents

Organize and digitize HR files for compliance and easy retrieval.

Update and maintain electronic records in HR systems.

Support workflow improvements through document digitization.

General HR Support

Provide administrative assistance for HR projects and initiatives.

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee data.

Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR events when required.

All About You

Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.

Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

A proactive learner with a genuine interest in HR practices.

Acquire hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and HR operations across multiple regions.

Develop practical knowledge of HR systems, document management, and compliance requirements.

Understand key provisions of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations in HR practice.
