Draughtsman with QS Experience

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman with Quantity Surveying (QS) Experience to join our team. You will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings while simultaneously assisting with material take-offs, cost estimations, and bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation.Key Responsibilities

• Technical Drafting: Create detailed 2D/3D shop drawings, structural plans, and architectural layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, or related software.
• Quantity Take-offs: Extract accurate material quantities directly from architectural and engineering drawings.
• BOQ Preparation: Assist in preparing and updating Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimation sheets.
• Drawing Reconciliation: Identify discrepancies between structural, architectural, and MEP drawings to minimize project cost variations.
• As-Built Documentation: Prepare final as-built drawings and calculate actual quantities for final account settlements.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and senior QS teams to ensure compliance with project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience working as a Draughtsman with proven exposure to QS tasks.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and MS Excel is mandatory. .
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and clear communication
• English & Hindi Language Proficiency
