Regional Manager, InfraDev – West

What to Expect We are looking for a Regional Manager (Western Region) with a background in Real Estate, Architectural Design or Construction Engineering to join our team. As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing a regionally based team that will oversee the development of a profitable portfolio of properties within EMEA. You'll be responsible for a multi-disciplinary team comprising of Real Estate, Design, Construction and Facilities Management, covering the following countries: France, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

What You'll Do* Manage a regionally based team responsible for delivering New Store Openings projects such as Tesla Centers (Sales-Service-Delivery), Delivery Hubs, Body Repair shops, Retail stores, temporary Service locations (SiS), temporary sales locations (Pop-Ups, Mall locations), Tesla office-only locations, renewal, relocation and expansion of existing locations, and any future Sales and Service Infrastructure Development needs

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Sales, Service, Delivery), subcontractors, architects and engineers
• Provide leadership to the Western regional team by building and motivating team members to meet project development goals, adhering to their responsibilities and milestones
• Effectively communicate expectations to team members and hold them accountable to project deliverables
• Track project milestones and deliverables, provide regular reports to leadership and ensure InfraDev reporting and project management tools are always current
• Ensure that the New Store Openings Milestone plan and existing portfolio remodel/expansion plan is up to date by aligning on a quarterly basis with the Service and Sales Business Planning and local SSD leadership teams
• Manage workload of the teams involved in Real Estate, Design, Constructions and Facilities on regional level

What You'll Bring* Educational background in Engineering, Real Estate, Architectural Design, Construction, or Facilities Management, alternatively relevant work experience and evidence of exceptional ability

• Detailed understanding of the Real Estate, Design, Construction and Facilities process. Subject matter expert in one of these domains
• Strong leadership and executive presence – including effective communication skills
• Understanding of project scheduling and the ability to communicate and work closely with regional team and external architects/consultants to ensure that project milestones are being met on time and complete
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
• Knowledge of REVIT and BIM 360 preferred
• Ideally both English and Dutch or French language skills
