As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Executive Search Consultant (Headhunter) who enjoys building relationships, solving complex hiring challenges, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

The Opportunity

You will manage search assignments from business development through successful placement while partnering with senior executives, business leaders, and high-calibre professionals across the region.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative, relationship-driven environment and is motivated by commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with clients across Singapore and the wider APAC region.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market mapping, and strategic business development.
  • Lead retained and contingent executive search assignments from briefing through offer acceptance.
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify high-performing professionals.
  • Source, engage, interview, and assess senior-level candidates across multiple industries.
  • Prepare candidate assessments, market insights, and client presentation reports.
  • Advise clients on talent availability, compensation trends, and recruitment strategy.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage offer negotiations, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate records within the firm's CRM and applicant tracking system.
  • Represent Huntington Search Partners professionally in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience recruiting mid to senior-level professionals.
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Commercial mindset with a strong focus on delivering results. Bachelor's degree preferred.
