Project Manager- Swimming pools, Water Feature and Landscape

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of landscaping, swimming pool, water feature, irrigation, and associated civil works projects across the UAE. The role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from planning and mobilization to execution, commissioning, and final handover—ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality standards while maintaining strong client satisfaction and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Take full ownership of landscaping, swimming pools, and water feature projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure all project execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage all phases of the project including planning, procurement, execution, commissioning, and close-out.
• Identify, resolve, and mitigate technical, operational, and commercial issues to ensure project continuity.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting company and client expectations.

Planning & Coordination

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work programs, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Ensure effective communication between engineering, procurement, commercial, and site teams.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and track action items to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure on-time delivery of key activities.

Site & Team Management

• Lead project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors across multiple sites.
• Supervise daily site operations and ensure adherence to approved plans and schedules.
• Optimize utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor resources.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and decision-making support to site teams.
• Foster a collaborative, disciplined, and performance-driven project environment.

Technical Oversight

• Review drawings, BOQs, material submittals, method statements, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations, project requirements, and industry standards.
• Coordinate civil, MEP, irrigation, and landscaping works for seamless project execution.
• Resolve technical issues and support engineering decisions on site.
• Manage design changes, approvals, and technical deliverables.

Swimming Pool & Water Feature Works

• Oversee construction of swimming pools, pump rooms, balancing tanks, and filtration systems.
• Manage installation of pumps, piping networks, electrical systems, lighting, and automation systems.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, and performance verification of all systems.
• Ensure all water features meet functional, aesthetic, and quality expectations.

Landscaping & Civil Works

• Manage hardscape and softscape works including paving, planting, turfing, irrigation systems, and landscape structures.
• Oversee excavation, grading, drainage, earthworks, and site preparation activities.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure timely corrective actions where required.

Cost Control & Commercial Management

• Monitor project budgets, costs, variations, and overall profitability.
• Coordinate with procurement and commercial teams for cost optimization and value engineering.
• Review subcontractor payments, claims, and variation orders.
• Support cash flow planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or performance.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce QA/QC standards, HSE policies, and UAE regulatory requirements across all sites.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Promote a strong safety culture among all project teams and subcontractors.
