Resident Manager

## Key Responsibilities

### Trust Management

• Act as the Resident Manager in compliance with the Trust Companies Act and MAS licensing requirements.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory obligations, including Regulation 10 and fit and proper requirements.
• Oversee timely and accurate regulatory reporting to MAS and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and business introducers.
• Support client onboarding and the establishment of tailored trust structures.
• Manage client portfolios in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high service standards while supporting business development initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

### Risk & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with MAS regulations, FATCA, CRS, and internal compliance frameworks.
• Oversee KYC/AML processes, customer due diligence, and periodic reviews.
• Strengthen governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
• Maintain and enhance trust administration policies and procedures.

## Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• STEP (TEP) qualification preferred; compliance experience is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in trust services, banking, or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of the Trust Companies Act and the Singapore regulatory environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
