Role Overvie

We are inviting applications from qualified academic professionals for a Faculty position (PhD) within our client's Design faculties (Architecture, Interior Design, or Product Design). The successful candidate will lead design studios, guide practical projects, and uphold international design education standards

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction and oversee design studios/laboratories (Medium of Instruction: English)
• Develop project-based learning modules and ensure curriculum compliance with NCAAA and international architectural/design accreditation bodies
• Engage in continuous academic research, producing creative works or publishing in peer-reviewed journals
• Provide academic mentorship, guiding students in portfolio development and final graduation projects
• Collaborate with industry partners to integrate real-world design challenges into the academic framework

Qualifications & Requirement

• Educati on: Must hold a PhD in Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design, or an equivalent discipline
• University Ranking Criter ia: To align with institutional excellence standards, applican ts m ust hold a PhD from a university ranked within the Top 400 (Shanghai Ranking), Top 300 (Times Higher Education), or Top 200 (QS World University Rankings)
• Langua ge: Professional fluency in English.
