Telemarketing Executive

As a Telemarketing Executive at GEFX, you will be the backbone of driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with corporate clients and identifying new business opportunities in the forex and remittance industry. In this role, you will:

Responsibilities

• Work with the strategy manager to achieve telemarketing goals
• Set appointment with new clients for our Business Development Managers to attend
• Build and maintain close relationships with new clients
• Engage existing clients that have become inactive
• Identify potential clients and industry trends
• Provide regular updates to team on sales process, and client feedback
• Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies through ongoing development with the company team

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Bilingual profciency in English and Mandarin to liase with Mandarin-speaking associates
• Basic mathematical skills for taking sales orders particularly in the context of handling forex transactions.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a keen sense of timely follow-up on existing customers and projects
• Knowledge of CRM software a bonus
• Min. O Level

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
