Job description

PAG Advisors is redefining the financial advisory landscape with our "Care Creates Culture" philosophy. We are looking for motivated students and undergraduates to join us in a role that prioritizes professional advisory over aggressive prospecting.

Forget "friend-sourcing." We remove the biggest barrier to entry by providing you with qualified leads generated from our signature corporate seminars and health wellness lunch talks.

The 24-Month Growth Roadmap

You won't just be "selling"; you will be following a structured development path:

  • Year 1 (Foundation): Focus on mastering the "Power of 4" core protection products—Income, Critical Illness, Hospitalization, and Basic Savings.
  • Year 2 (Specialization): Upskill into Legacy Planning and High-Net-Worth (HNW) strategies, moving from protection to generational wealth preservation.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Engagement: Follow up with prospective leads interested in specialized corporate seminars, such as CPF optimization and estate planning.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial reviews to identify client goals and recommend tailored "Protection First" solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Provide continuous support, ensuring clients remain confident in their financial journey.

What We Offer

  • Financial Stability: A basic allowance of up to $1,500/month plus uncapped commissions.
  • Warm Lead Provision: We provide the prospects; your focus is on conversion.
  • Structured Mentorship: One-on-one guidance from a Wealth Solutions Manager through a dedicated 24-month roadmap.
  • Flexibility: A schedule designed to accommodate university commitments.
  • Professional Development: Comprehensive paid training in CPF LIFE, tax optimization, and estate planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: GCE ‘A’ Levels or a Local Polytechnic Diploma in any field.
  • Age: 21 years and above
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and management skills.
  • Attitude: High level of motivation and keenness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eligibility: Students and undergraduates are highly encouraged to apply. No prior experience is required.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Employee discount
  • Flexible schedule
  • Professional development
  • Promotion to permanent employee
  • Work from home

Work Location: In person
