Job description
Duration: 1 year
Location: Bugis
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Training: Support the end‑to‑end L&D cycle including programme curation, vendor sourcing, enrolment, and post‑programme evaluation.
- Competency Development: Support the implementation of capability development (i.e. competency development) initiatives.
- Staff Induction: Support staff induction/onboarding.
- Engagement: Support employee engagement events (e.g. townhalls), including the design, communications and operations.
- HR Operations: Undertake any other ad-hoc HR duties or projects as assigned, contributing flexibly and adaptively to the broader goals of the HR department to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Relevant HR experience.
- Experience with Workday, competency development, and collateral design (e.g. Canva) would be advantageous.
- Good stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Excellent coordination and project management skills to prioritise, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
