About the Role

As a Growth Strategist, you will play a key role in identifying and shaping new growth opportunities for software, platform, and hyperscaler clients within the CEO & Advisory practice. You will combine market insights, data analysis, and strategic thinking to design and execute go-to-market strategies that enable business expansion and innovation. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine growth strategies aligned with client business objectives and evolving market dynamics
  • Identify, quantify, and prioritize new growth opportunities across products, services, and markets
  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, customer insights, and actionable recommendations
  • Lead the design and execution of go-to-market strategies, including operating model, channel design, launch, testing, and scaling initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to bring growth ideas to life
  • Engage senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and ensure alignment across initiatives
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, supporting capability building and effective delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement by tracking performance metrics and optimizing growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in strategy, consulting, or growth-focused roles
  • Strong expertise in go-to-market strategy development and execution
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex market and business data
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead initiatives and take ownership of outcomes in a dynamic environment
  • APAC market fluency in at least one of: SEA, ANZ, India or Japan

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Experience in business growth strategy and business model innovation
  • Familiarity with digital products, platforms, artificial intelligence, and technology-driven business models, including hyperscalers, AI-native firms, and multi-sided platforms
  • Exposure to market analysis tools and frameworks
  • Prior experience in consulting or working with global clients
  • MBA from a top programme
