We're thrilled to announce the opening for a Marketing Intern in our Moët Hennessy Singapore office. As a Marketing Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to our dynamic team, supporting various functions and initiatives through diverse tasks and projects. This role will primarily focus on event coordination and internal stakeholder management. You will assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events, while also ensuring effective communication and collaboration with various internal departments.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to gain valuable insights into our industry and business operations, applying your academic knowledge and developing new skills. We are looking for a 6-month intern who can commit to a full-time schedule, five days a week, starting the first week of August.

Job responsibilities

How you will contribute…

  • Collaborate closely with Brand Manager on the implementation of key marketing programs.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including product launches, promotional events, trade shows, and corporate events.
  • Support and assist with daily administrative duties.
  • Prepare detailed promotional presentations.
  • Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.
  • Support the development and coordination of required marketing collaterals and activation tools.
  • Generate monthly report to analyse the effectiveness of programs and prepare calendar planning.
  • Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.

  • Have a minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent in Marketing.
  • Have a passion for marketing or brand management.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and network effectively.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing software, social media platforms, and the latest trends, and are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking with strong interpersonal skills, and have an outgoing personality.
