Project Coordinator (4OUfld)

About the Roles

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join a construction team based in Jurong West on a permanent basis. This role follows a 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm; Saturday, 9:00am–1:00pm) and offers a competitive salary of up to $3,500 with variable bonus. It’s an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build their experience in project coordination within the construction industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate daily project activities and liaise with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain and organize project documentation, including drawings logs, material submissions, method statements, RFIs, and correspondence
• Monitor project timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks to keep schedules on track
• Support procurement processes by sourcing quotations, tracking purchase orders, and managing delivery schedules and site materials
• Arrange and facilitate site meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items
• Work closely with the site team to compile progress updates, manpower records, and routine reports
• Assist in preparing and submitting documents for client and consultant approvals
• Ensure proper filing systems are in place for easy document retrieval
• Provide general administrative support for project-related matters as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in construction projects, preferably with a main contractor or subcontractor
• Ability to interpret and manage construction documents such as drawings, specifications, and submission records
• Valid Class 3 Driving license
