Job Description

  • Coordinate and oversee the administrative, operational, and logistical aspects of construction projects to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, provide progress updates, and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Plan project schedules, work sequences, and manpower allocation to ensure efficient site operations.
  • Attend project meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical, design, and site-related issues.
  • Supervise site personnel and monitor subcontractor performance to ensure work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct quality inspections at both workshop and project sites to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project requirements.
  • Monitor the efficient utilization of manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within the approved schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Identify potential project risks, delays, and technical challenges, and recommend practical solutions to minimize project impact.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, safe work procedures, and company policies at all times.
  • Maintain proper inventory records and ensure tools, equipment, and machinery are well maintained.
  • Prepare and compile project documentation, including inspection reports, site records, progress reports, claims, and related documents.
  • Prepare Method of Statement (MOS) and Method Statement Risk Assessment (MSRA) presentations and documentation for client submission.
  • Report project progress regularly to the management and project team.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance project execution and operational efficiency.
  • Perform any other duties or ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in the Structural Steel, Construction, or related industry.
  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or higher qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Good understanding of construction practices, site operations, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD, and Tekla Structures.
  • Good command of spoken and written English with the ability to communicate effectively with local and overseas clients.
  • Willing to work at project sites and in outdoor environments when required.
  • Possession of a Class 3 Driving Licence will be an added advantage.
  • 5-day work week.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
