Director of Operations

• Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute annual public relations strategies and communication plans to support the achievement of overall business objectives.

• Media Relations: Build and maintain a strong network of relationships with the media, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and industry experts; plan and release press releases to maximize positive exposure.

• Content and Events: Draft and review key external communications, such as press releases and speeches; coordinate PR events such as new product launches and industry summits.

*

• Crisis and Reputation: Oversee public opinion monitoring and crisis PR; respond quickly and effectively to emergencies to protect the brand’s reputation.

• Government and Corporate Relations: Liaise with government agencies and industry associations; handle policy coordination, license applications, and relationship management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Relations, Journalism and Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

• Work Experience: Typically requires 3–5 years of experience in public relations or media communications.

• Core Competencies: Excellent copywriting and review skills, a keen sense of newsworthiness and market insight, as well as strong communication, coordination, and adaptability skills.

• Resources and Qualities: Possess a strong network of media, government, and corporate contacts; be meticulous in handling matters; and demonstrate a strong sense of risk awareness and confidentiality.
