Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

• Based on the company's development plans for photovoltaic, energy storage, hydrogen energy, and infrastructure projects, formulate medium- and long-term financial strategies, capital structures, and funding plans.
• Build financial forecasting models, prepare annual budgets and rolling cash flow forecasts, and track key indicators such as IRR, LCOE, debt-to-equity ratio, and payback period.
• Coordinate financing options: syndicated loans, green bonds, project financing, equity partnerships, etc., optimize financing costs and terms, and match project cycles.Leading the development of the financial accounting system, adhering to Singapore SFRS/IFRS/International Accounting Standards, and issuing individual and consolidated financial statements on time.
• Liaisoning with Singapore's IRAS (Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore) and ACRA (Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority), responsible for tax planning and compliance reporting related to corporate income tax, GST, cross-border transfer pricing, and related-party transactions.
• Liaisoning with the Big Four accounting firms to complete annual audits, ensuring the authenticity, accuracy, and compliance of financial data.
• Establishing and improving internal control and risk management systems to mitigate risks related to funds, exchange rates, interest rates, policies, and contracts.

Pay: $7,500.00 - $12,000.00 per month
