What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
• Provide tailored tax and financial solutions to meet client needs. Assist in planning and executing business growth strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong ability to develop new clients while managing existing accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication skills in the languages required to provide effective support to Chinese-speaking clients and relevant market stakeholders.
