About the Roles

We are seeking an HVAC Solutions Sales Engineer to join an industrial equipment manufacturer based in Boon Lay. This is a permanent, full-time role with a Monday to Friday schedule (8.30am – 5.30pm), offering a competitive salary of up to $5,500, along with transport allowance and variable bonus. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to combine technical expertise with sales in a dynamic and growth-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and engage prospective clients across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors
• Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve targets and expand market presence
• Collaborate with the engineering team to propose tailored HVAC solutions for clients
• Conduct site assessments alongside subcontractors and vendors for HVAC upgrading projects, including chiller plant and airside systems
• Deliver technical presentations and prepare detailed proposals for clients
• Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation through to deal closure
• Draft and negotiate contracts in accordance with company guidelines and client requirements
• Compile sales reports and forecasts for management review
• Support additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering, or a related discipline
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience within the HVAC industry
• Strong customer-oriented approach with a focus on relationship building
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and clients
