Job description
Role Description This full-time Digital Transformation / Business Analyst role is a hybrid position based in Singapore River, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The individual in this role will analyze existing business processes and workflows, identify opportunities for digital improvement, and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency for the illustration and project delivery lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, mapping end-to-end processes, and translating needs into clear specifications for systems, tools, and workflows. The role involves collaborating with creative, operations, and client-facing teams to manage change initiatives, support implementation of new digital tools, and track performance metrics to ensure successful adoption. The analyst will also prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and progress to leadership and project teams.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Business analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with creative, operations, and client-focused teams and for presenting findings clearly.
- Experience in business process mapping, optimization, and designing workflows that support digital transformation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications for tools, systems, and process improvements.
- Experience with digital transformation projects, change management, and implementation of new technologies or platforms.
- Proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms, basic data visualization).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a creative, project-based environment.
- Prior experience in creative services, publishing, or design-focused organizations is an advantage but not required.
