Data Analyst / Junior Data Analyst / Reporting Analyst

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore River, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Data Analyst / Junior Data Analyst / Reporting Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data related to programs, participants, and outcomes to support evidence-based decisions. Daily tasks include preparing reports and dashboards, tracking key performance indicators, and identifying trends that can improve services and outreach. The role will also involve collaborating with program leads and management to translate data findings into clear insights and recommendations, supporting strategic planning and operational improvements. In addition, the analyst will help maintain data quality, document methodologies, and contribute to continuous enhancement of reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, basic SQL, or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau).
• Ability to design clear reports and dashboards, including data visualization and performance tracking.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection, validation, and documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
• Interest in youth development, education, or career coaching, with a commitment to non-profit and impact-driven work.
• Relevant academic background in data analytics, statistics, economics, business, computer science, or a related field; internship or entry-level experience in a data or reporting role is an advantage.
