Company Description PowerUp Robotics commercializes autonomous robots through flexible rental and sales models, offering solutions for tasks ranging from cleaning to catering. The company focuses on making advanced robotics accessible, scalable, and ready for real-world business environments. PowerUp Robotics helps organizations in sectors such as agriculture, facilities, and events quickly deploy robots to automate repetitive, labor-intensive work without needing in-house robotics expertise. Its mission is to turn robotics into measurable value by boosting efficiency, reducing costs, and future-proofing operations with reliable autonomous solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with restaurants, hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, warehouses, retail, and corporate clients.
- Present and demonstrate our robotics solutions.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Work closely with our international team to expand our market.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Fluent in English or Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
- Based in the Netherlands
Compensation
As an early-stage startup, we’re currently unable to offer a fixed salary.
Instead, we offer:
8% commission on every robot sale or rental you close.
There is no cap on commissions —the more you sell, the more you earn.
