About the Roles

We are hiring a Procurement Coordinator for a piping distribution company based in Woodlands, offering a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm) in a permanent role. What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle daily purchase order processing and monitor order fulfilment timelines.
• Keep delivery schedules and shipment status information accurate and up to date.
• Engage and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders, and service providers.
• Work closely with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth goods receipt and inventory updates.
• Maintain and organize procurement documentation such as purchase orders, quotations, and supplier records.
• Assist in vendor assessments and perform price and cost comparisons.
• Prepare and manage import/export and logistics-related documentation.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant guidelines.
• Support additional tasks and projects as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum O-Level qualification or equivalent.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is advantageous.
• Open to candidates without prior experience as training will be provided.
