Sales Coordinator (4OUYiW)

About the Roles

We are hiring a Sales Coordinator for a piping distribution company based in Woodlands. This is a permanent, full-time role with a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm), offering a competitive salary package with performance bonuses. What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle the processing and tracking of customer orders and quotations
• Liaise with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order completion
• Keep customers informed on order progress, delivery schedules, and stock levels
• Maintain and update accurate sales data and documentation within internal systems
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide basic product or technical assistance (training provided)
• Generate simple sales reports and assist with inventory monitoring when required
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and internal coordination
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and uphold customer service standards
• Assist with additional duties or projects as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is advantageous
• Open to candidates without prior experience, as training will be provided
