Position Overview

The Regional Operations Manager manages key initiatives and operational functions that support growth, training, compliance, and profitability across the Region. This position designs and implements systems for lead generation, Market Center launches, and leadership development, while managing regional events, budgets, and recruiting efforts. The Manager monitors performance, prepares leadership meeting materials, and provides strategic recommendations to strengthen the Region. This position manages special projects and maintains operational data in alignment with Keller Williams standards and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a regional ambassador for Keller Williams to the Market Centers and associates.
  • Develops and implements systems to support regional growth through lead generation, talent cultivation, and Career Visioning.
  • Designs and refines systems for training Market Center leadership on Market Center processes and procedures.
  • Plans and executes a world-class and profitable training program at the regional level.
  • Prepares and manages regional budgets.
  • Monitors and drives compliance across the Region.
  • Maintains deep knowledge of KW models and systems for agents, Market Centers, and Regions.
  • Supports launch campaigns.
  • Attends all KW events.
  • Prepares Regional Leadership meeting agendas, meeting room, materials, and fosters full attendance and participation.
  • Analyzes and recommends strategies to strengthen regional performance and profitability.
  • Provides guidance and support to Operating Principals, Team Leaders, Market Center Administrators, and Regional Directors on recruiting, training, and budgeting.
  • Supports Regional Leadership with franchise growth and other goals.
  • Screens and schedules recruiting candidates, supports presentations, and manages follow-up communications.
  • Maintains and manages recruiting databases, materials, and communications across multiple channels including mail, email, and voicemail.
  • Leads the development and implementation of new projects and systems.
  • Manages all computer data.
  • Follows up on real estate referrals.
  • Drives the implementation of standardized processes.
  • Oversees regional staff responsibilities, including event planning and execution for OP/Team Leader Meetings, Regional ALC Meeting/Retreat, KWU Events, RED Day, Calendar of Events and Regional Leadership and Culture Summit. Evaluates event performance by reviewing budgets, tracking forms, and cost controls to ensure profitability.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree. Four (4) years of relevant education and work experience may be substituted for degree
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive related experience
  • Administration and negotiation skills
  • Events management, start-up business operations, and business systems creation experience
  • Polished and professional demeanor
  • Advance
